"Oji Project eme ogo, The sheer energy of determination, vision, capacity and doggedness has driven your administration and remarkably set it apart and above the rest has set a standard that will stand as a memento in the Youths and or students community"_ Igbo-Etiti/ Uzo-Uwani Constituency Youth Assembly President,  ACJ Favour Amuka.

Infact, this Digital skill training replicates the technological determinism theory of social change postulations by Marshall Mc Luhan in 1908 that invention of technology in a society determines the behavior of such particular society. The supervisor for education, Comerade Ogbonna Ogbaji, in his presentation acquainted the students on the importance of the training and charged them to key in as well as be part of the program fully.  In other notes, Comerade Bonaventure Ekene Akubue, The supervisor for youthy and spoyrts emphatically stated that the digital skill training center is a legacy from the able project master that will continue beyond his regime. He implored the chairman for adopting the training in alignment to the general Bible quote:  "teach me how to fish than giving me fish", During his speech,  he expressed gratitude and maintained that the training will pave greater ways to beneficiaries than giving them instant money.

Another Speaker, Rt. Hon. Valentine  Atunya, leader of the legislative council, begged the students to take the training seriously. Mr. Atunya commended the student's sense of participation for the training and also applauds the workaholic Chairman on his continued innovative sense, always determined to ensure that Igbo-Etiti is at the top.
