Just after her farm inspection/visitation on Tuesday 25th August 2020, Amb, Princess Nneka Philips, the Vice President of Nkanu Youth Assembly also took it to another level by representing Nkanu youth Assembly in Onyokomita Program at Dream FM 92.5 Enugu on Saturday 29th August 2020.
The theme of the program was "What's New in our state."
The Nkanu Youth Assembly Farm was presented by the National VP as the newest development in the state courtesy of Rt Hon Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, our Peace and Youth loving governor.
The Amiable VP equally used the medium to send a message of hope to all the youth of Nkanu Land and Enugu State at Large, thus encouraging them to start doing something on their own to make ends meet.
She advised them to focus on their God-given talents which will make them stand out and equally take them on social vices like Rape, gender abuse, drug addiction, and being recruited to cause social nuisance like cultism.
She advised the youths to look into farming as Nkanu Youth Assembly has already set the pace.
"Our Farm produce will help us in giving back to society and giving back to the government as well." The VP added
She also stated that the government can not do it all alone.. "we need to be in total support of the ruling government as they are really trying to better Enugu state and all its indigenes"
She also commended *The Governor of Enugu State, Rt Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi* whom she referred to as "the peace and Youth loving governor who has taken it upon himself as the lion that Fathers' all the youths in Enugu State to drastically reduce poverty amongst the youth, by creating employment and SME support to the youth entrepreneurs who has the skill and the zeal of being an entrepreneur to have a starting point."
She similarly commended *Comrade Edeani M Edeani*. ( your boi Dey )
The National President of Nkanu Youth Assembly "for taking us this far in NKANU Land and diaspora."
"He is the tallest Young Lion of Nkanu Land and I urge him to keep it up the good work"
She also recognized all the national executives of the Nkanu Youth Assembly and commended their enviable efforts.
"They are doing well" she added
*Those that went with the Nkanu VP in Onyokomita at Dream FM 92.5 are Comrade Nnamdi Onoh (Daddy O), Jude Udenta, Dr. Chiwuike Ubah, Comrade Fidelis Edeh, and Professor Race Achara.
