South East University Leader Frown Over Attack On AIG, Asks President Buhari To Reopen Universities By October | CABLE REPORTERS

The National Vice President (South East) of  National Association of University Students (NAUS) Comr. Dika Nwachukwu has frown over a petition which according to him "was a sponsored attempt of character assassination against the hardworking  Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge of Zone 13, Dammalam Mohammed by one Mrs. Uju Ohanenye ".

The University Student leader made this disclosure in Abuja during a courtesy visit to Mr. Odera Udutchay a supporter of NAUS Southeast and a former student Leader.

Cable Reporters gathered that he indicted Mrs. Uju Ohanenye who is a notorious land grabber of towing to the side of detractors and allowing herself to be used as an agent of distractions which according to him is not warranted as a payback to the southeast police chief who has distinguished himself in ensuring and sustaining peace in southeast states and its populace.

" Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge of Zone 13, Dammalam Mohammed is a blessing to Ndigbo, he has shown his love for Igbos and has distinguished as a patriotic and detribalized Nigerian. His footprints are evident, his antecedents as Commissioner of Police as well as his strides as AIG in charge of our zone is laudable. As the leader of University students in south east, I urge one Mrs. Uju Ohanye to desist from the track of character assassinations and distractions and immediately tender a letter of apology to the publics as AIG Dammalam needs all the love and support of all Igbo's and not paid distractions"

"I urge the Inspector General of Police to overlook this irresponsible and irrelevant petition against the hardworking as nobody else could have piloted the affairs of Zone13 more than Danmallam.

He equally thanked the President, President Muhammadu Buhari for Approving and instituting such security network in Igbo land, a feat he said will not just guarantee more safety of Ndigbo but has equally energized the love of Ndigbo have for our President.

Comr. Nwachukwu equally called on the president to ensure speedy reopening of Nigerian Universities by first week of next month to ensure that Nigerian university student gets back to campus.

Mr. Odera Udutchay thanked Comr. Dika Nwachukwu and his team for the visit. He also appreciated their support for the AIG Mohammed Danmallam, the IG Mohammed Adamu and President Muhammadu Buhari. He praised their activities and promised to keep supporting NAUS.
