A business mogul, Youth activist and also a one time deputy chairman of Enugu South Local Government, Hon Chidi Duke Nwafor, has described Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi as a Father, with him whom Enugu Youths are well pleased.
Speaking to newsmen in Enugu on Wednesday, Hon Duke stated that, Governor Ugwuanyi's willingness to reposition the mindsets of Enugu Youths through his programmes is a testament that he mean well for them.
According to Hon Duke "Governor Ugwuanyi has done noble for Enugu Youths, he does not segregate based on cultural affinity or political differences.
" He carries every body along and gives the Youths opportunities to discuss their problems and proffer solutions to them".
He also stated that, Governor Ugwuanyi through his body Languages is seriously tilting towards the Youths constituency and thus, enjoined Enugu Youths, to jettison animosity and acrimony towards each other and Work for the success of the administration of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi.
He also warned that should Enugu youths mismanage this Golden opportunity provided for them by Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, that they may live to regret it in the near future.
"The Governor has demonstrated his unalloyed support for Enugu Youths by ensuring that, they occupy leadership positions in some local Government Areas across the 3 Senatorial zones in the state like : Igboeze North, Igboeze South, Uzo Uwani, Awgu, Aninri, Oji River, Udi, Oji River, Enugu North.
He also appointed young persons as Board heads and members which includes : Enugu State Scholarship Board, ENSUBEB, ESWAMA, Enugu Pilgrimage, ENSIEC, amongst others.
All these are aside those he appointed as his personal Assistants, special Advisers, Technical Assistants, Deputy Local Government chairmen, Councillors and so on.
"I enjoin Enugu Youths, to rally round and support him, as to whom much is given, much is quite expected."
"Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has set a precedence that his successors would have no other option but to follow, but this can only be actualised, when he give him the desired results with our outputs.
