Sinachi Foundation which was founded by Chief Dr Mrs .Sinachi Ugwuonye -Okechukwu in the year 1999,primarily to fund the education -through scholarships , to young girls, from poor families but academically bright , throughout local government area, up to University education.
It's a pleasurable thing to see great and fortunate people care for others, This kind of act sends in a special kind of signal to those cared for.
The SINACHI FOUNDATION , Inc,also known as Education for Girls Too(EGT) is a California Cooperation.
The foundation soon has both boys and girls, who are similarly placed , and across Enugu state and beyond as beneficiaries.
Sinachi foundation has continually placed smiles on the face of people , Withholding nothing behind, she has done exploits over time.
The Sinachi Foundation also provides school supplies to students in Ezeagu Primary and secondary schools.
Over 45 such students have graduated and are now working adults.
In recent years, the foundation extended its scope to add hunger alleviation to its coverage.
It carried out Covid-19 Palliative last year to help provide a relief during the lockdown. And on Wednesday to mark her birthday on December 15, 2021, 110 bags of 10k bags of rice were distributed to widows, widowers and other underserved people of Agbaja Umumba Ndiuno, in Ezeagu LGA.
So for 22 years and counting, the Sinachi Foundation has been touching Lives throughout Enugu State and beyond.
Speaking at the event was Mr.Amalu one of the beneficiaries, He was joyful and lamented on how he has lost hope on eating Christmas rice till Sinachi Foundation came to their aid.
Speaking also was another beneficiary, Mrs Nwabueze , Who in her speech gave thanks to Dr.Sinachi for always remembering them at crucial times like this! Indeed their joy knew no bounds!
She prayed for God to bless the Entire Staff of SINACHI FOUNDATION.
