The people of Akpawfu/Isienu Amagunze Ward in Nkanu East Local Government Area of Enugu State have felicitated their illustrious son, Hon. Barr. Edeani Mmaduachi Edeani, Liaison Officer of the South East Development Commission (SEDC), Enugu State Chapter, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a symbol of exemplary leadership, service, and hope for the community.
In a goodwill message signed by the Chairman of Akpawfu/Isienu Amagunze Ward, Hon. Nnamchi Okechukwu Benjamin, the ward expressed gratitude to God for Hon. Edeani’s life and achievements, while commending his dedication to public service and his commitment to the development of the South-East.
“Today, we honour not only your birth but also your unwavering commitment to public service, exemplary leadership, and the confidence you continue to inspire in our people. Your achievements have brought pride and hope to our community, and we remain grateful for your dedication and selfless contributions,” the statement read.
The ward prayed for God’s continued blessings upon the celebrant, asking for good health, divine protection, wisdom, and strength as he continues to serve in his official capacity.
“As you celebrate this special day, we pray that Almighty God will continue to bless you with good health, divine protection, greater wisdom, and abundant strength to excel in every aspect of your life and public service. May your path remain bright, and may every step you take lead to greater accomplishments,” the statement added.
The community noted that Hon. Edeani’s appointment to the South East Development Commission represents a significant milestone for Akpawfu and the wider Nkanu community, expressing confidence in his ability to contribute meaningfully to regional development.
“Coming from a community that has long yearned for greater development and representation, your emergence into this strategic office is a testament to God’s divine purpose. We believe you have been positioned to contribute meaningfully to the progress of Akpawfu, Nkanu Land, Enugu State, and the entire South-East region,” the ward stated.
The statement also urged the SEDC Liaison Officer to remain committed to excellence and service while justifying the confidence reposed in him by the Governor of Enugu State, Dr. Barr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah.
“We encourage you to remain steadfast, focused, and committed to the ideals of excellence and service. Continue to justify the confidence reposed in you by His Excellency, Dr. Barr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, and work tirelessly to attract meaningful federal presence and developmental opportunities to Enugu State and the South-East,” the chairman said.
Reaffirming their support for Hon. Edeani, the people of Akpawfu/Isienu Amagunze Ward pledged their prayers and goodwill, expressing optimism that his tenure in public service would leave a lasting legacy.
“As your people, we assure you of our prayers, goodwill, and unwavering support. May every obstacle before you be turned into opportunities, and may God’s grace continually distinguish you for greater heights,” the statement continued.
The ward further expressed hope that his contributions would foster renewed growth and prosperity across the South-East.
