WHAT OF THOSE IN OUR VILLAGES?
I am not the only person who has heard those words from Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Lawrence Ugwuanyi, the Executive Governor of Enugu State.
For the times I have sat under heartfelt words of Gburus, he will always say “what about those in the interior villages, the old men, women, and youth that are not able to come to Government House “ about their welfare, social amenities. I am always touched, moved by these words of his because they are few people in his position that considers the less privileged once amongst us.
That is why Gburus took it upon his self to touch the lives that never believed that could be reached out to.
The reasons for the massive renovation,constructions of world standard community schools even down t the unthinkable areas and construction of rural roads beyond our imagination scares just for Gburus to touch the lives of people that felt they are forgotten, even without them asking for i.
On behalf of those in the villages in Enugu that can’t come to Government House and are not in social media, we say
