NUNS SWIFT INTO ACTIONS, VISITS SCHOOLS IN NKANU TO CHECK COMPLIANCE TO COVID-19 DIRECTIVE | CABLE REPORTERS




The newly elected leadership of the National Union of Nkanu Students (NUNS), on Tuesday, paid an unscheduled visit to schools in Nkanu land, this is to examine how compliant they are to the set down guidelines of the National Center for Disease Control NCDC, Federal ministry of health and Enugu state government.



Some of the schools visited by executives led by the National President, Comr. Ani Kenneth are: 

1. Community secondary school umueze 

2. Yummac secondary school agbani,

3.community government college agbani

4. Holy innoccents secondary school.

5.community secondary school isienu,Amaguze

6.community secondary school Amafor Ugbawka

7.Akwunanaw girls and boys among others which are among the phase 1 list .


Some of the procedures checked which the schools are abidance of are;


1.. Observation of  Social Distancing. 

2.. Face mask. 

3.. Hand sanitizer. 

4.. Bucket for hand washing . Etc.


The President took time out to thank all the visited schools through their respective principals, urging them to always hold the health of Nkanu students to paramount importance and report any symptoms to the appropriate authorities, He equally thanked Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi for visible infrastructural developments in the schools through the ENSUBEB.
