#EndSars: Hon. Sam Ngene Condemns Wanton Killings, Sue For Calm In Enugu South Urban Constituency | CABLE REPORTERS

The lawmaker representing Enugu South Urban Constituency in Enugu State House Of Assembly and the Chairman house committee on health, Hon Sam Ngene (Anointed David) has condemned the wanton killings and vandalization of public & private properties in Enugu State, Sue for calm.

The Lawmaker made this call through a statement made available to CABLE REPORTERS which read:

"I condemn very strongly, the wanton killings of citizens and vandalization of public and private properties. I urge protesters to be peaceful in making their demands known to the government and to desist from the vandalization of public and private properties which may further plunge the people into hard times.

I appeal to the good citizens of the state to toe the path of peace which they are known for and adhere to the directives of our peace-loving Governor Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, for the maximum protection of our lives and properties."

"Our demand for a new Nigeria is just, and the project new Nigeria is our collective responsibility. I  passionately appeal to the good people of the state, especially my constituents (Enugu South Urbanites) to remain law-abiding and be exemplary in their conduct."

"In times like this, it behooves us to be there for one another, and not engage in activities that will bring pain and sorrow to fellow citizens, because crises anywhere, is a threat to peace everywhere."

Anointed David equally promised to make those demands of his constituents known to the appropriate authorities for immediate actions;

"Dear constituents, I promise to amplify your voices and demands to the appropriate quarters, through robust legislative engagements.
