The Chairman-elect of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC in Enugu State, Comrade AC Udeh has thanked the National caretaker Extra Ordinary /Convention Planning Committee Chairman of the Party, His Excellency Governor Mai Mala Buni of Yobe State, for appointing 2 illustrous daughters, Amb Gịnịka Tor-Williams and Lolo Queen Nwankwo as secretary and committee member of the forthcoming APC National women's Convention.
In a statement signed by APC Enugu's Chairman-elect and sent to Newsmen on Friday, he Stated that the 2 daughters of Enugu state have all it takes to contribute their positive quota in ensuring that the programme becomes a success.
Comrade Ude posited that the 2 selected daughters of Enugu state, are good and committed members of the Party in the state; who always Stand with the Party and masses.
According to comrade Ude: "I on behalf of the elected State Executive committee members of the All Progressives Congress APC and also the contact and Mobilisation committee members of the Party in Enugu State wishes to appreciate our 001, Governor Mai Mala Buni of Yobe State and also the National Women Representative of the Party, Hon Stella Erhuvwu Okotete for finding 2 of our daughters worthy to serve as the committee secretary and Member of the contact and Mobilisation subcommittee for the forthcoming APC women's conference.
" We are gladdened by this development because, it shows that their good works in the Party are seen and recognised by the Party's Leadership."

Comrade Ude, The APC Enugu Chairman-Elect, who was the interim APC Organising Secretary, Pioneer Deputy State Chairman, 2019 Buhari's Reelection campaign youth coordinator and currently the contact and Mobilisation committee Chairman of the Party in Enugu state, beseeched on the National Leadership to also carry the youths along like They are doing with women as both constitute over 70% of the entire voters' population in the country.
" As a former youth leader and coordinator in the Party, i want to appeal for more inclusion of the youths in the scheme of things as They Party is currently doing to women". "
" This is because both are very crucial in Mobilisation of People and execution of policies by the Party and also constitute over 70% of the entire voting population in the country".
"It calls for more participation and inclusion of them in the scheme of things in the Party to position us very well, ahead of the forthcoming General election in the country."
However, thanked the immediate past caretaker committee Chairman of the Party, Dr Ben Nwoye, Emperor Baywood Ibeh, Chief Osita Okechukwu, Ocho Obodoeze amongst others for their unalloyed support and unending commitment in catapulting the Party to the grassroots ; calling Them "The People's People".
