Ihewuizhi Progressive Youth Forum has cried out over the alleged completed plan to impose the former Deputy Chairman of Enugu North Local Government Area of Enugu State, Hon. Onyekwere Nnaji as the anointed councilor for Ihewuizhi ward 3, declaring it as against Fairness, Justice and Youth inclusiveness policy of the Governor, Rt, Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi.
The ihewuizhi Progressive Youth Forum appealed in a press statement obtained by CABLE REPORTERS on Friday, they stated that Hon Onyekwere Nnaji has served as Supervisor, Senior Personal Assistant from where he proceeded to become deputy Chairman of Enugu North Local Government Area, they asked why he wouldn’t let a new person emerge as councillor.
The group emphasized that it is against Equity, Fairness and the Government of Youth inclusion, championed by His Excellency, Rt Hon Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi calling the Chairman of Enugu North Local Government Hon. Emeka Onunze (TATA) to ensure Equity and Fairness by allowing the popular candidate and a Youth to emerge.
The group also threatened to employ Protest if their plea is neglected by Hon. Onunze.
“We hereby appeal to the leader of the council Hon. Emeka Onunze to ensure that the planned injustice against the youth is not implemented as any neglect on this plea will force the youths to employ massive protest” The statement concluded
