- sceptics should withdraw sentiments and presumptions ahead of the unveiling of Mbah’s Manifesto
A good governance enthusiast, scholar and the director general of Pinnacle Solidarity Movement (PSM), Sullivan Edeani has expressed the rationale for his endorsement of the candidacy of Barr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah for the 2023 Enugu gubernatorial election.
Mbah a business connoisseur, renowned lawyer, former Chief of Staff and an-ex Commissioner for Finance, Enugu State is the candidate of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in the crucial poll scheduled for March 11, 2023.
In a statement made available to the Press, the Director-General of the prominent good governance and youth advocacy group, who is also the publisher of Cable Reporters maintained that “Barr. Peter Mbah’s pizzazz, evinced wealth of experience, a sincere passion and innovative plan for a new Enugu, anchored on the core value of Progress, Development and Posterity, as well as his feasible implementation modules, have inspired organic support from many of us who are not careened by bandwagon or given to sycophancy.”
He explained that his endorsement is organically driven by his passion to see a better Enugu and earned through the evident competency, experience and credibility of Peter Mbah. While calling on sceptics to withdraw sentiments when reviewing the manifesto of the PDP candidate, maintaining that “every discerning mind who listens to him (Mbah) with a desire for a progressive Enugu will come to terms with us that Bar. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah is a different breed and clearly the most competent person in the race”

“Barr. Peter Mbah’s pizzazz, evinced wealth of experience, sincere passion and innovative plan for a new Enugu, anchored on the core value of Progress, Development and Posterity, as well as his feasible implementation modules, have inspired organic support from many of us who are not careened by bandwagon or given to sycophancy.”
“To us, we want to see the Enugu that will work for all; a better developed Enugu, one that is economically viable, and an Enugu with a leader who has the precognition and forethought to see “tomorrow” with the will to direct its plan and policies towards meeting the global leadership and developmental trends through disruptive innovations.”
“Understandably, some of us are not a fan of all the policies of the present government - so our support is not merely earned by their endorsement of his candidacy. Some of us are not conscripted by political parties because we view them as a means to an end - a leadership assignment.”
“Furthermore, some of us had been supporting his candidacy months before the primaries, so, we are not doing this just because he won the contest.”
“To us, our support is organic and it's driven by the incalculable love for our beloved Enugu state and our dear people. Our loyalty is earned through Mbah's proven credibility, experience and competency. “
“As Dr Peter Mbah will be unveiling his Manifesto in few weeks, ( because of INEC’s campaign embargo), it's my expectation that the few still with doubts, will withdraw sentiments and presumptions, to carefully see the rare personality, flair, experience, and plans of his candidacy. I'm very confident that every discerning mind who listens to him with a desire for a progressive Enugu will come to terms with us that Bar. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah is a different breed and clearly the most competent person in the race to take Enugu State to the desired lofty height, come 2023.”
