Ward-15, a political interest group which serves as a nexus connecting the 14 wards of Nkanu East and 14 wards of Nkanu west local government areas, instituting peace, equity and good governance between both local government has pass vote of Confidence on the Member representing Nkanu East and West in the federal house of representatives, Hon. Nnolim Nnaji
The endorsement came during an important meeting between the leaders of the group and the honourable member, held on 3rd December at Universal hotel, Enugu.
The Chairman of the Ward-15, Hon. Victor Okechukwu expressed that their resolution to endorse the candidacy of Hon. Nnolim Nnaji for 2nd term came after a holistic review of his unparalleled representation in the last 4 years.
“We are here to thank you for your unparalleled representation which necessitated our meeting today and our resolve to endorse and support your candidacy. You have shown what quality representation entails and we can't help but thank you for all you are doing for our people, our analysis has shown that Nkanu East/West haven't had it this good and we must support you for its continuity”
The Secretary of Ward-15, Hon Edeani M. Edeani, expressed his satisfaction with the impactful representation of Hon. Nnolim Nnaji which he said has touched all 28 wards of the 2 local governments.
“Every Ward and Community in Nkanu East/West Constituency have benefited from your leadership, are we going to thank you for the transformers, the roads, the University that's almost finalized, the financial grants to petty traders or the employment opportunities? You have indeed shown what selfless leadership entails and we are here to pledge our support so that our people will continue to benefit from your leadership”. Hon Edeani Stated.
Hon Oge Nnamene in his own speech thank Hon Nnolim Nnaji for his rubust representation, that it is a thing of Joy that Nkanu East/West Federal Constutiency has someone like you as our house of Rep Member.
Comr Bartholomew Ebuka Okoh in his own speech thank Hon Nnolim Nnaji for his representation beyond the mace saying '' Your Project is the Reason PDP are Campaigning again in Nkanu East/West.
Other speakers who took turns to appreciate the honourable member and declare their supports includes, Hon. Ogonna Aneke, Hon. Engr. Uchenna Godswill, Comr. Gabriel Odih, Hon. Chinedu Egbo, and Hon. Agbo Martins, others are Hon. Chisimdi Okoh, Comr Wenceslaus Ogbonnia, and Hon. Obinna Okonkwo.
On his part, Hon. Nnolim Nnaji thanked the group for their words of encouragement, support and Vote of Confidence on him & reassuring them of his resolve to continue with the quality representation of Ndi Nkanu East and West.
The highlight of the occasion was the official Presentation of ward 15 teams and Agenda/ presentation of a hefty cow to the honourable member.
