The Special Adviser to Enugu state governor on Agriculture, Engr Mike Ogbuekwe in a bid to boost local economy development of Enugu state through Agribusiness following His Excellency, Rt Hon Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi’s drive for development of the agriculture sector and with its attendant effect on the local economy,  facilitated another round of practical hands-on training of students and youths as way of gently introducing them to agribusiness.

Leveraging on Corporate Social Responsibility of some experienced contacts in the sector,  a power-packed training session was delivered to beneficiary students and youths on Agribusiness Hub.

CABLE REPORTERS learnt that this program has been hailed as a well-thought solution that changes the mindset of our young people and will lead to massive employment and empowerment if given the necessary boost.

Over 50 persons have been trained so far and 10 youths have since begun a practical agribusiness marketing in markets all over Enugu.

The Agribusiness Hub is demystifying agribusiness so our youths can grab the opportunities she presents.
