The National Treasurer of Nkanu Youth Assembly, Comr. Chiemerie Alum has expressed satisfaction with the readiness of the Nkanu youths to receive their guests and celebrate the beautiful heritage of Nkanu nation at the 2nd Nkanu Cultural Fiesta.
Comrade Alum, on an exclusive interview with CABLE REPORTERS expressed the enthusiasm of the Youths to welcome Excellency Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, the Governor of Enugu state, Senator Ken Nnamani GCON, former Senate President of Nigeria and the grand patron of Nkanu youths, Sen. Chimaroke Nnamani, Sen. Jim Nwobodo, Sen. Shehu Sani amongst others at the well celebrated Nkanu cultural Fiesta which is scheduled to hold at Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium Enugu on Sunday 28th November 2021.
“Nkanu youths are very excited and prepared to welcome his Excellency Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, Sen. Ken Nnamani, Hon. Baba Shehuri, Sen. Shehu Sani and many other important guests who will be received and honored at the 2nd Nkanu Cultural Fiesta, all arrangements have been concluded, our billboards are all over Enugu as all can see and all necessary arrangements have been concluded , we are very prepared ” Comr. Alum.
Alum while lauding the National President of Nkanu Youths, Hon. Edeani M. Edeani on his exceptional leadership and the efforts of the entire leadership of the apex youth of Nkanu land, stressed that the Nkanu Cultural Fiesta is an avenue for Ndi Nkanu to come together no matter their political party, religion or class to celebrate their cultural and plan for their future
He equally stated that the team of the program which is “Celebrating the Past Leaders, Encouraging the Leaders and Preparing the future leaders” is aimed also aimed to honor the Governor for his love, development of Nkanu land and determination to maintain the zoning which has installed peace and development of Enugu State.
The last edition of the Fiesta which held on 29th of November 2020 has been ranked as one of the most successful youth outing in recent past and this edition is set to beat their own records.
