According to Nnajiofor, the governor’s move is not just a significant morale booster for civil servants but also a step toward promoting greater productivity, which will positively impact Enugu State’s development.
In his statement, Nnajiofor described Governor Mbah’s policies as "esoteric, development-based, people-oriented, and inclusive," adding that such an inclusive wage policy demonstrates the administration's responsiveness to the needs of all public servants, regardless of their specific roles within government.
