Donald Trump: Worship Centres Should Open, They Are Essential Services | CABLE REPORTERS
The president of the United States of America, President Donald J. Trump has asked the governors to allow worship centers to re-open because they are "very essential* services.
Today while briefing the country which has recorded 1.6million cases and over 95,000 deaths, Trump expressed that churches are what holds America together.
“Today, I am identifying houses of worship as essential places these provide essential services,” he said.
I call upon governors to allow places of worship to open now. These are places that hold our city together and keep our people united. They love their congregations and their people. They do not want anything bad to happen to them.
“The governors need to do the right thing and allow these very essential places to open. If they do not do it, I will override the governors.”
